Wine Country Transit Terms and Conditions

1. All orders must show a complete name and address of each consignee along with any special delivery instructions or restrictions. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in a $5.00 inconvenience charge.

2. Regular delivery hours are between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm we will assume all deliveries can be made on any business day between these hours, unless delivery instructions state otherwise. Any failed attempt due to no delivery instructions will be subject to a $5.00 inconvenience charge.

3. All cases will be charged full delivery rate. i.e. Mixed cases, partial cases, and any number configuration or size configuration.

4. Authorization: We must have written authorization via fax or e-mail prior to any pick up and/or delivery.

5.Failed Attempts: Any failed delivery not by fault of Wine Country Transit is subject to initial delivery fees. We will contact you to make you aware of the failed attempt and at that time you may make the decision to either make a second attempt or to have the product returned to its original location. These are both considered regular deliveries and will receive normal delivery charges.

6. Waiting Time: Time is EVERYTHING: If we are asked to wait more than 20 minutes at a location your order will be subject to a minimum $5.00 inconvenience fee.

7. Residential Deliveries:
Additional charges may apply for residential deliveries. We must have the phone number of the consignee before any delivery attempt will be made. Arrangements must be made in advance by you, to ensure that there is an adult over the age of 21 to sign for the delivery. With prior written authorization we will leave the package at a residence without an adult signature. We will also be happy to leave the package at a neighbors house with prior written authorization. Wine Country Transit cannot be held responsible for package left without an adults signature.

BILLING:
Our payment terms are NET 15 days from the date of invoice. After 30 days the invoice is subject to a 10% late fee.
Wine Country Transit reserves the right to withhold any shipment when payment has not been received in a timely manner.
